The Genesis of The Instant Recovery System
In the early 2000s I decided to start a national company to service PC’s.  My early consumers used back up technology for their PCs that required a high degree of computer competency to use.  I learned from my customers that what was really needed was a PC that was crash proof.  I set out to design a crash-proof pc that was affordable for the average user.  I tried every backup technology on the market.  Nothing would allow the user to recovery instantly, with or with out technical know-how!

With the dangers of having my PC crash due to viruses, stray software and errors in code I wanted to find a backup solution that I could turn to and lose almost no valuable work time. This led me down the road of building my own solution.

As I talked to over 200 of my customers, with whom I was already dealing with for other hardware and software solutions, I found that they also required a quick way to continue work after a PC crash. They also felt it was important to be able to test their backup just for the comfort of knowing that it was working. The Instant Recovery System can do fill both of those needs.

Actual replies to “What happens when you computer goes down?”

     "
I feel tightness in my chest and nauseas."

"I would like to leave the country!"

"I know I have to do something fast, but what?"

     "I pray."

What usually happens?

  • I call my IT provider and get a recording.
  • When someone finally shows up, I’m told my crash is serious and it will take some time.
  • When I ask about my tape back up, I’m told, “We have to fix what’s wrong first.”
  • Mr. I.T. takes my computer away.
  • My business is now down and I’m in deep trouble!
